1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using RewardsMCP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RewardsMCP is a Shopify application that connects your existing loyalty program to AI shopping agents via Shopify's Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP). The Service enables AI assistants to check customer loyalty balances and process reward redemptions on behalf of your customers.

3. Account Requirements

To use RewardsMCP, you must:

Have an active Shopify store
Be authorized to install apps on that store
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Fees and Payment

RewardsMCP offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, the Service costs $50 USD per month, billed through Shopify's billing system. You may cancel at any time through your Shopify admin.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Ensuring you have the right to connect your loyalty provider to our Service
Maintaining accurate API credentials and configurations
Complying with all applicable laws regarding customer data and loyalty programs
Your customers' use of the Service through AI agents

6. Intellectual Property

RewardsMCP and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RewardsMCP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RewardsMCP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
